Required Configuration for Hosted Service users

  1. Email.  All Users must be able to send and receive external email through an email address supplied by a Licencee customer.
  2. Access. Internet connectivity to secured websites
  3. Firewall If going through a firewall, port 443 must be open for SSL
  4. Browsers – Microsoft Windows operating system:. 
    1. Internet Explorer 6.0  or above on a Microsoft Windows based Operating System
    2. Netscape Navigator 7.0 or above, on a Microsoft Windows based Operating System.
    3. Mozilla Firefox 1.4 and later, on Microsoft Windows, Linux or MacOS
    4. Safari 1.1 and later on Mac OSX,
    5. Internet Explorer 5.2 on Mac OSX,
    6. Opera 7.2 and later on Microsoft Windows.
  5. Home Use.  For home usage, modem + ISP (same browser requirements as 4).
